I have a problem with my account given the case that I no longer have any permission to make my main console, not if I could provide an extra permission because I can not enjoy my games.

Problem with my account.

I hve fixed this problem myself after hours of tedious work. Just shows how *** xbox support are. They didnt have a clue what they were doing once i told them and me (A 14 year old who DOSENT work for microsft) fixed my xbox myself

As long as you are signed into the account that purchased the games and you are connected to the internet you should always be able to play your digitally purchased games on any console your profiles signed into.

The only people that can help you with resetting the home xbox counter IF your account is eligible would be xbox support they can be contacted by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us

We can only deposit Rewards Credits into a Microsoft payment instrument. Since you do not have any Microsoft payment accounts available, we cannot complete a deposit of Rewards Credits as currency. We cannot deposit into other payment instruments like paypal
or credit cards. This is outlined in the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

I hope they start getting to these. Seems there are several who received the email. I'd just as soon have my points transferred to Microsoft rewards
