    Problem with my account status


    Hi,

    I am part of the Xbox Rewards program for a long time. But I realized I was not getting my credits lately.

    I entered the Xbox Live Rewards site and had a message that I should update my information.

    By clicking the link, I was redirected to the data of my account on the billing address of registration.

    I checked, and all my data were correct.

    However, the site rewards continued to indicate that I needed to check my data.

    I sought my problem FAQs rewards site and saw that there could be a conflict regions, as once I was American live and started to use the Brazilian live.

    Then I follow the direction indicated and exits the rewards program and I registered again.

    But none of this solved my problem. And to top it off, I lost all my credits.

    My account is still asking me to verify the information so they can make the deposit.

    Could you check please?

    Account randomly deleted (i didnt do it) and cant redownload profile.

    Xbox.com/status now reports

    Service Status: Xbox LIVE Status

    Users may experience difficulties with the following services:

    •Creating new Xbox LIVE accounts, managing those accounts, or recovering an account on a different console

    If you have a problem with redownloading your profile, check Xbox.com/status and make sure the problem is solved.

    Problem with my ambassador status

    I've been in the program for about a year including the enforcement beta but I've haven't got the badges etc...

    Any reason for this?

    Hello AlinaZ,

    We do not see the creation of a new account. You are still looking at your old account, which is why you are still being asked to verify your information. Furthermore, the Credits are still in your account, which is why you are still seeing the notification
    to verify your information. The steps to opt out of the program were detailed in your last post at (Problem with my rewards account).
