Problem with Minecraft

i had bougth Minecraft and i can't install it, always say the same thing: there is a problem by the side of Microsoft, try later.

How can i install the game??

Problem with Minecraft

If you could please go through all these steps and see if you did all of them. I know you said you tried some of these but some of them are different then what you did already/

1. clear your console cache and restart your console. Instructions here:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache and if that does not solve it, then try #3 below as well. And then go back to #2 if 3 does not help.

2. Clearing the Marketplace System cache (not just console cache as I mentioned above):

1.On your console, go to Settings, and then select System.

2.Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device.

3.Select System Items.

4.Select Marketplace System Data.

5.Select Delete.

6.Restart your console.

Try that and then delete and redownload the game if it does not immediately solve the issue. (Step 3)

3.. How to delete it (From dashboard > system> settings > storage >select memory unit with GTA > Games and Apps > select Minecraft > delete. And then redownload it form your download history. See here:

4. If that does not help delete and redownload your profile. See here:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete. When you delete it make sure to select "Delete Profile Only" for the final steps. If this does not work, please try the other things again just in case

Hi Today read on the internet about minecraft update and i go to update minecraft and just when
you upgrade after I get a message that
could not play to please
re-download, I went back to delete what

On which device are you installing the game?

How do you connect your device to the network?

Are you installing the game from a digital or disc copy?

I am playing on a iphone SE. There was no problem when I FIRST played Minecraft. But when I signed in to the Xbox live in Xbox.com, My Minecraft freezes so when I installed Minecraft, it looked like this problem.

Also, there is another problem.

Sometimes, when I try to install Minecraft Launcher from Microsoft Store, and then ( the problem happens ), it causes problems too when I try to download other apps, they get the same problem ( Loading then Ending with a problem " Try again Later, Something happened on our end ". That happened with me twice, but I did reset to Microsoft Store and then it got fixed ( except the Minecraft Launcher ). Yesterday, while I was trying to install the game without having the other Minecraft Launchers, Minecraft Launcher's problem wasn't solved and also, and then when I tried to download some other app, the problem of the slow download was back again, then when I tried to do reset Microsoft Store for another time, it wasn't fixing anything.

Is there any way to fix that Minecraft Launcher's problem? I think it's influencing badly on other apps.
