Problem with minecraft game

please help needed :

my son uses an original minecraft cd and was enjoying more than one year playing on xbox 360.

last many month we understand there is some bug in a game... he reports that cannot do movement of a head up like to look at the skyes. The controller buttons is ok - it works fine on other games.

so shall we do some update online? How it can be fixed?

There is probably a problem with saving on your game then. You could always try deleting the game and reinstalling it, clearing your cache, the usual stuff people say to do.

If I were you, I would go to a minecraft forums or contact the developers of the game. This is a problem with minecraft, and not xbox so you shouldn't really expect people to know how to fix this problem unless they are a fan of minecraft.

When you purchase content it's tied to the gamertag that purchased it as well as the console it was purchased on. Your son can use the game as long as he's signed into the console that has that console license attached to it, but it will only show as a trial
on any other console.

Please, follow these steps to repair the Minecraft Launcher:

Press the Windows Key + X > Settings > Applications > Installed Applications

Search "Minecraft Launcher" > Click the three dots (...) > Advanced Options > Restore

Be sure to also restart your Internet Router.
