    Problem with Minecraft fow Windows 10


    Hey there.

    I redeemed a few days ago Minecraft for Windows 10 on the Microsoft Store and the game is not working at all.

    When I launch it, it appears the logo for a couple of seconds and the the game just closes it self. I kept trying and also calling for support, but they were not able to "access" my account. They also provided me with a case number which is : 1403730842
    .

    Although my account is set as Adult, I can't access my own privacy settings! !

    I have exactly the same problem with Minecraft: Windows 10 edition!

    I have problem... I activate my code for minecraft windows 10 version and i can't play this minecraft on my xbox one s,, he told me i must buy this game. Minecraft Windows 10 is not compatible with xbox one version?
