Problem with Minecraft: Bedrock & Java Edition and Minecraft Launcher

Hello, I have recently tried to buy Minecraft Java and Bedrock edition, but the download process is taking too long. I also tried to start up the Minecraft Launcher, but it showed this: "error code: (0x1)". I tried to reinstall it, terminate it, repair it and reset it but it did not work. I even tried to run it as an administrator but it said the same thing; "error: (0x1)". My internet is completely fine and I have installed all of the updates for my laptop. Please help me
