Problem With Minecraft and the Home menu

Internet is perfect, but having trouble with Minecraft and anything to do with the home menu. I will get logged then get into into Minecraft perfectly fine, but after that I am having trouble with playing and in app purchases, I cannot play for more then
5 minuets without a freeze and I physically cannot complete any purchases. I will get in and it will give me a few minutes and the music will freeze up and start repeating a few notes for 7 minutes or so. and when I will try to get back home (to restart the
app) the mini menu will not load and I will give it some time for it to load and once it does I will click home and be treated to a blank grey/black screen. And then I will try to shut it off (via button) and it will just start blinking and every time I push
it, it will make the "Shutting Down" noise and not shut
down until I unplug it. I will do that and give it 15 mins (roughly) and plug it back in and try again. this has been happening for 5 days now, please help!

Hi there minecraft has been having server related issues for about 2 months now if my memory is correct. This is due to high traffic volumes with current conditions around the world with tons people being at home due to lockdown. The only 2 things I can
suggest are. 1 are you enrolled in beta version? As this version is experiencing a lot of technical issues. If you are unenroll and hopefully that will help. If not try removing your account and readding it again. Dont worry save data will be saved. If that
does not help unfortunatly I am out of ideas. Hope this helps and hope you are safe and well in these trying times.

Hey Wufnstein! Are you in the Insider Program? I would suggest starting with a power cycle by holding the power button for 10 seconds and then turning the console back on to see if it helps clear that issue up. Post back and let me know!
