    Problem with Microsoft Solitaire sign in


    I changed computers and now cannot sign in to Microsoft Solitaire as the person who used it before. Instead the game itself logged me in as a different user without any of my paid features. The games think I am this new person and does not allow me to
    log in again as the original user I was on my old computer. I already paid for ad free version in this year and also have a game history that I cannot access. How can I force Solitaire to allow me to do a new login as the OLD, already paid, user?

    Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

    Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.

    Hi.. I obtained a Windows 10 laptop from a relative... it will not leave me alone as to signing in with her original pw and email. I had amassed a great legacy with M Solitaire Daily Challenges and Star Club on <her> account. And later I find that there
    is a problem with solitaire.exe with the laptop's Support Assist function. The game won't let me in, now, basically. And I purchased the Premium Edition in August. Thanks for any comments/assistance.

    Same problem here in Arizona. No problem signing into Microsoft Solitaire or Microsoft Mahjong; only the Ultimate Word Game.

    Hi there, I have got this same problem with Microsoft Sudoku and also Microsoft Minesweeper! I am signed in as Microsoft Solitaire and Microsoft Mahjong both work. Have tried to remove the Program and reload but that does not solve the problem.
