    Problem with Microsoft Solitaire event


    We have Microsoft Premium Solitaire. We play the daily events with no problem. However, we are not able to play the every other day events We are being told that we need an internet connection. We have the connection.... I have researched the problems
    but rebooting, resetting, updating, etc. but to no avail. Any ideas or suggestions. Thanks

    EVENTS DON'T LOAD

    I have attempted to get help with my Microsoft Solitaire Premium Collection as well as other games. The daily events never load. I have no problem with my internet, but, events don't seem to be able to connect with browser. It seems to only be a problem
    with Microsoft games. Please help to solve this problem.
