Problem with Microsoft Solitaire Collection

The Microsoft Solitaire collection blocked at the opening.

The screen remains white.

Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.

 

Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection Version is 2.3.1406.1149

 

Have the same problem, get to the game screen and it is white, three icons in top right and Microsoft Solitaire Collection in plain black text top left, nothing else. Was only the odd game a week ago, now everyone. Rebooting no longer works.

 

check for updates, need a lot of available space

Like everyone else here I am having the same problem and it just started in the last 2 days. Yesterday just a couple of times, now all of the daily challenges are blank white screen with Microsoft Solitaire Collection in gray in the upper left corner, and
the X - and box symbols in the upper tight corner.

appears that several are having the problem but no one has the answer, It sure would be nice if someone from M'soft would read and give guidance as it appears that the problem is on their end!

 

Same problem here. It seems to be the ads not running. Guess they want to sell the premium addition.

Yep. I just bought the premium edition and it works just fine. Its the ads that are causing the problem. Microsoft just wants you to buy the premium edition.

 

check your updates, you will find they are failing. As for Premium, I thought about it but wasn't interested in paying for another game site that has great graphics but marginal delivery, this is only the most recent issue. I deleted the program and tried
again, worked for a day. Dropped the other games that offer advancement daily for a fee.

The issue started when downloads failed . no changes to the computer and it appears the same is beginning with Microsoft Mahjong, slow loading, crashing etc. My other games from other sources are just fine.

The issue started when downloads failed . no changes to the computer and it appears the same is beginning with Microsoft Mahjong, slow loading, crashing etc. My other games from other sources are just fine.
