Problem with microsoft rewards regarding the destiny 2 offer

Hi,

after seeing an offer promising me 20 000 microsoft points after completing 3 steps. (Completing a quiz, buying the game, and buying the extension.)

I completed the quiz and it was registered on the website (a checkmark appeared next to it, indicating it was done), but when I bought the game, it didn't record it. On my microsoft rewards page, the step regarding buying the game remains not confirmed/not
checked.

A significant part of why I decided to buy the game is that points offer, so that's why I'm asking for your help here.

I haven't bought the extension yet as I want to be sure I'll be able to get the reward first.

Xbox Rewards No Reward for Preorder

There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.

 

Destiny 2 Preorder Reward Points Missing

The only way to earn Credits for a pre-order of Destiny 2 is from the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible games to complete for 15,000 Credits. If you are asking about the Microsoft Rewards Destiny 2 punchcard, Microsoft Rewards is a separate
program from Xbox Live Rewards, and we cannot assist with their offers. You would have to reach out to their support via the Microsoft Rewards website for assistance.

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer suppprt via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards Program is not the same.
