Problem with Microsoft account privacy settings on Xbox

As far as i know an Xbox Live account (Gamertag) is required for minecraft on the nintendo switch. To change the
privacy settings i recommend this guide:

No Xbox One is needed to change the
privacy settings. This can also be done on Xbox.com

To change the privacy settings your account must be an adult account, otherwise you will not have access.

if your account is for a child, you need an adult account to link your account and manage your privacy settings

I can change the xbox privacy settings with no problems. And community creations are allowed. And I'm over 40 years old. Birthdate at my Microsoft account reflects that.
