    Ever since i bought xbox one s . I couldnt send any messages to anyone for 6 months . I tried my brothers xbox one , but the same thing . Before the messeges were working . Can u please advice how to send messages or steps to do it . Thanks

    I cant send or recieve any message from friend. One of my friends text me telling me he couuldnt send me message. Whats going on?

    Let's have you start out by removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One, perform a full power cycle (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds), and then add your profile back. Let us know if that helps.

    Hello Panda,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue with being able to send messages on the Xbox One console.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.
