    Problem With Messages


    Hello Everyone Who Is Reading This Post, I Have A Problem With My Xbox But I'm Not Sure If It Is Because Of My Xbox Or My Account In General But I Mostly Think That's My Xbox' Fault.

    Okay, So For A Few Months, I Have This Weird Problem, Which Is Not Getting My Messages In Time. For Exemple, Yesterday At 6pm, Someone Sent Me A Message Asking If I Want To Play. The Thing Is I Was Online But I Didn't Received It. It Is Only Today, At 1pm,
    That I Turned On My Xbox And I Saw That I Got A Message. ( It Didn't Show Any Notification ). So I Want To Know If There's A Way To Fix That. Thanks For Your Patience.

    Problem with messages and invites

    While on XBL, I encountered this problem, possibly with my Xbox. I cannot receive messages and invites unless I turn off my Xbox. This happened before, so I turned off my Xbox and then I got messages and invites normally, but when I turn off my Xbox this
    time, nothing happens.

    Hey there ItsTingo!

    Let's have you start out by removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One, perform a full power cycle (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds), and then add your profile back. Let us know if that helps.

    Hello Panda,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue with being able to send messages on the Xbox One console.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.
