    Problem with Master Chief Collection Bundle


    Well, I got the Halo Master Chief Collection Bundle tonight. I was pretty excited to finally get an X-Box One. I got the system out, and couldn't find the game. I looked at the sticker on the box, and it says I have to download the game. Well, no problem.
    So, I go to download the Master Chief Collection, and XBL says I have to pay 60 bucks for a game that was supposed to be free with the system! I've checked and double checked all the paperwork with the system, and I don't see any kind of download code. Nothing
    on the receipt either. Does anyone have any advice?

    Congratulations on your new console. Inside the box will be a card with a scratch off area that will have the code to enter so you can download the game. Check the box for the card.

    If the card was not in the box you should return it to the store you purchased it from for an exchange. While at the store open the box to ensure that there is a code card inside.

    I second that, just got mcc bundle today. 5 hrs later its only installed 14% Remember the good ol days when you could just pop a game in and play? Feeling boned right now!
