    hello,

    a month ago, i bought the xbox one, i created an acount and played 2 days.

    2 days ago, unable to connect on my account, code 0x80a40014; service xbox live told me that i have no account and i do not exist on xbox live (unable to find my gamertag) ...

    so i deleted this account ...

    can somebody help me? there is no main account on my xbox anymore.

    I had the same problem, you need to delete the account of your xbox after that u can add the account back.
    Maybe that will also work for you.

    Corrupted account, Need help!!

    I'm having a similar problem, my main account has a deleted email on it and I went to go log into xbox.com with my main account and it said that my account has been blocked because they think someone was using it to send spam and that they needed to send
    an email to my deleted email adress to verify that it was me and I cant recover my email account back because its been more than 6 months of it being deleted.

    Hey,

    If you can remember the Email and Password to your account you can Download the Profile to the Xbox 1 and it will be just fine.

    Can't move, delete, or re-download Xbox Live profile.

    I'm having the same issue. I ca't move, delete or recover my main account. My other account works just fine. A solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

    I've got the exact same issue.

    Problem is that my main account uses an old email adress (hotmail) which isn't in use anymore. As my main email adress is used by a Windows 10 generated Xbox account my question is wether it's possible to delete this account, so my main Xbox account can
    use my main email adress.

    Is this a possibility and if yes, how do I fix it?
