Problem with loading anything on Xbox One

I have a really bad issue on my Xbox. Nothing will load and it just keeps coming up with the same error message saying this took too long to load. Anyone know how to fix it?

Stuck on Halo MCC loading screen when I play halo 2 campaign. What can I do to fix it?

Yesterday I had a problem with loading a mission on halo 2 and somehow worked, but after I completed that mission. I am stuck on another loading screen and I can't do anything to fix it.

Xbox stuck on "Green Loading Screen" '3 loading circles'

Okay, so this will doesn't have anything to do with the update.. It's just, when I start it up it doesn't freeze on the loading screen.. I can see the Xbox Logo beating like a heart.. And then I see 'Xbox One' Underneath it with the 3 loading circles..

Hi, before someone jumps in and tells you to create your own thread give this a try.

Power the Xbox off, then press and hold the bind button and disc eject button on the Xbox, keep those two buttons held and press the power button on the Xbox once only. Shortly you should get a troubleshooting screen open up, you can then let go of those
two buttons.

From the troubleshooter select the reset console option and the option to keep games & apps.

Be sure you know your account login details as you will need to add your account back to the Xbox after the reset. Your games and apps will not be removed, game save data will be removed only from the Xbox and will sync back from cloud the next time you
launch a game.

Try the solution below, please.

Go to your console settings>general tab>network and internet settings>advanced settings>alternative mac address>click clear. After that restart your console and see if the problem persists.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem starting up your Xbox. I know you said that you tried a hard reset but if you wouldn't mind I'd like for you to try it this way: press and hold the power button on the console until it turns off, leave it off
for 30s and then turn it back on. I especially want you to leave it off for 30 seconds and then when you turn it back on let us know what happens okay?
