Problem with Live gold

Hello, I have a problem with my Xbox Live gold subscription, I have already tried several solutions (reboot the xbox, unplug the power cable, disconnect my account...) But it still doesn't work. Help pls

xbox live is having some issues so that may be the problem.
It worked earlier for me and there was a monetary value for each of the Gold bundles (no REQ points)

Also have the same problem with my 48 hour xbox live gold trial and my 14 day xbox live gold trial.

 

what is the problem? Is it that the games don’t recognise your subscription? because that’s what’s happening to me as well.

Can someone recommend solutions?

 

I'm having this exact same problem. I have a 12 month Gold XBox Live account that doesn't expire until May 2018. I spent quite awhile last night online with XBox support chat - they were really nice and professional but we didn't find a solution yet.
They had me try rebooting, then try removing and adding back my profile, then resetting the box (keeping game data). I've also tried unplugging and plugging back in. Nothing has worked.

The support folks emailed me back tonight to say the ticket has been escalated but they haven't heard back just yet. If they find a solution I'll report back here.

 

FYI - I got an update email tonight to let me know that their engineers are actively working on this issue.

 

i still have the problem still says this profile is not allowed on xboxlive

Not working for me either, just gone to start the Sky tv app and getting an error code asking if i own the game or app?!

 

Same issue in italy.

I can download games and looking the settings my live gold is active. Exp dec 2018

But i am not able to play online, everytime the xbox pops up a screen to subscirbe the live gold abbonament

 

Day 5, no further response yet for my support ticket. I can't imagine that a customer facing issue like this would be low priority. This must be a difficult nut to crack.

 

same problem in France, expire may 2018 and i lost my days and i can't play, if anyone have solution ... I hope have dedommagement

 

Latest update on my support ticket... They still don't have an answer, but had one suggestion to try:

I tried this and found that I didn't have IPv6 enabled anyway, so this didn't help me - but maybe this could help one of you. Please report back if it does.
