    Problem with left stick


    Hi! I got a problem with left stick on my gamepad that was supplied with an XBOX console. Left stick has a problem - it is pointing a bit up, most of the games sense it can it is problematic to play.

    I was trying to submit the claim here: https://devicesupport.microsoft.com/ru-RU/Order/CreateOrder but it does not go further than submitting the product code. Button
    Next is alive, but pushing it does nothing.

    What can I do to request assistance with possible replacement in some other way? My email is
    [MOD REMOVED] console is registered at the Microsoft site. I can provide joystick picture and/or its ID.

    Hey ToothyNest16329! Because this was recently purchased I would suggest taking the controller back to the retailer and having it swapped out. If you have further issues, please post back and let me know! Problem with left stick :)

    chat says xbox one controller warranty is 90 days from purchase. of course mine is out of warranty, barely used and less than year.

    That sprint issue is normal, in Blops unless you have marathon as a perk you can only run for a very short time.
