Problem with Killer Instinct : Definitive Edition

Hi,





I purchased Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition on 4th of

march and it’s not working. Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition should

give me every character but it simply won’t. I tried to get this working

since Saturday looked for support on the official forums of KI but no

one had a solution.

I purchased killer instinct definitive edition and was never able to recover my download code for it

I already contacted support at Microsoft about the issue with killer instinct definitive edition download code problem . My reference. Number is [Mod Removed]

• Are you accessing Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition on a Windows 10 computer or an Xbox One console?
• Do you have the physical copy or the digital version of the game?
• Are you signed in using the Microsoft account that is associated with the game's license?
• Are you encountering issues with accessing other games as well?

To answer the following questions.....

- I don't get any error message.

- I'm accessing Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition on a Windows 10 computer.

- I own a digital version of the game.

- I signed in using the appropriate Microsft account.

- No I don't. Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition is the only one I currently encountering issues with.

I tried reinstalling the game, even reinstalled Windows 10, downloaded and (re)installed KI and the Definitve Edition

on the same HDD and I also checked if I had the correct region settings.

I also have the same problem purchased game last saturday didnt recieve my content afterward tried to uninstall and reinstall game twice had someone even sync my account on an xboxone and nothing works called microsoft with problem and they told me to post
my issue on the forums. If you find anything out let me know.

MS pretty much robbed us all. The store says I own this, but for whatever reason it doesnt work on windows 10. It is very clearly advertised as a windows 10 game..... FIX IT!

 

Thanks for the immediate reply. You may reset the Windows Store Cache. Kindly perform the following steps:

1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
2. Type WSReset.exe and click Ok.
3. The Store and a command prompt will now open with any message. The command prompt will automatically close after the Store's cache has been reset.
   

After its completion, restart your computer to sync all changes made. Then, uninstall and reinstall your game and check if the same instance occurs.

Keep us in the loop with the results after performing the solutions provided.

Finally a solution.

I jave this issue for close a month and try this and can play the full game.
