Problem with Internet

Hello guys!

Two weeks ago I want to update my game and I went to connect my XBOX1 with my internet/router. When I was connecting with my internet something goes wrong. So.. I had an error "Please disable your router for about 30 second and then try again" - something
like that. When I done it.. It wasn't help. For two weeks nothing change.. I do not know what to do.. So I will ask you people about it?

Do you know how to fix it?

Problem with internet connection ???

Hello I recently had a low-bandwidth problem in a game (Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Xbox One) .

I am check with xbox live, my ISP and I was able to solve the problem problem.

The is that my bandwidth is around 750 Kbps connection while according to my 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps,I assume have around 3500 Kbps (3.5 Mbps).

I try everything, my xbox is wired, my port are open, I have to change for the DMZ mode.i even remove my router only to have my internet modem,

I ask a friend what was its bandwidth and is around 1500 Kbps while are not reputable supplier for reliability and internet speed.

My suppliers is Videotron (Canada).I talk with an expert at my internet provider and will research but does not understand why.

I think im not the only one with this problem. If you have any other question. I wish I had an answer and thanks

Problem with internet connection.

I have a problem, namely when I have a network cable connected to a computer and the other end is connected to a router or modem (I do not know what to call it), and wanted to connect to Xbox Live, I was confused by an error and not by Xbox Live itself,
but when we have Consoles -> Network - /> Internet <- this is where the error pops up, between the network and the internet connection. I've tried everything, I have already used all the guides on websites, just like the microsoft (yours). I do not know what
to do next, maybe you can help me solve this problem.

Hey there WarnedBoot!

Are you still experiencing internet issues or did things eventually work themselves out? If you're still having issues, I recommend starting with our

network troubleshooting guide. There's a lot of suggestions and steps you can work with there. If none of that works, post back with your networking hardware information (make and model of your router and modem) as well as whether you are playing on a wired
or wireless connection and we'll take another look.

Same problem for me. The Xbox One refuses to recognize my wireless network and tell´s me it´s the wrong network password.

It isn´t because 3 Iphones, 3 Ipads, two separate TV-sets and one PC finds the networks AND recognizes the same password.

This must be and hardware issue with the Xbox One!?

Ok i got the problem again, when i test my network connection when it happens it says that it cant find an ip address

Hi Flux,

Thanks for the update on the issue. We recommend when it does it again to watch the router/gateway. Make sure the lights don't blink off for brief second. This will cause disconnect from game server. Personally had my internet disconnect reconnect so fast
I stayed on the server. But I seen the lights go off on gateway when this happened.

With all the unseasonable weather hot in a lot of areas, rain and fires in others. Weather can have an affect on internet connection.
