Problem with internet speed

Id definitely check the support page, try clearing your cache, but i do tend to find if i go on my xbox one and then go on the 360 that the 360 is much slower

Some ISPs throttle gaming devices. However, you just may need to double check that the settings in the router aren't dampening the connection.

You also can try to clear the cache on console, To do that click on link and follow steps, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/console/clear-system-cache , also you can try to move console to a different spot, where the console is move open on
all sides, another thing to try is to UNPLUG POWER to ROUTER and wait 2 mins, then plug router back in , wait 2 more mins, now try to re-connect WiFi and test to see if any change

You should also check to see what everyone else in your household is doing. Multiple devices can slow things down, especially if people are downloading stuff, streaming, uploading etc. People confuse fast internet with strong internet fairly often.
