Problem with Internet Explorer app. (Xbox 360)

Lets Hope Twitter is back online let everybody know including Xbox Support if theres a Fix and any Progress thank you

Runtime Error on accounts.xbox.com

I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer, as well as using the Internet Explorer app on Xbox 360. Still getting errors.

Install Explorer

1. From Xbox Home, go to Apps and select Browse Apps.

• Browse or search for Internet Explorer.
• Select Internet Explorer to download the app. When the download is complete, the Internet Explorer app automatically starts.
  

To start Internet Explorer later, go to Apps, My Apps and then Internet Explorer.

 

Has Xbox Investigated the problem yet

 

Yes Kate. =) We're still working on it. We'll have the IE app fixed up as soon as we can. Meanwhile twitter.com is running and accessible from IE on other devices, including Xbox One!

So you have already fixed it on xbox one? Twitter died on that platform at the same time as the 360. Thats good. Still saving my pennies to get the new machine. Been with xbox since the original xbox and see no reason to change. Thanks for keeping us posted

So when is it gonna be Fixed for the Xbox 360 version of the IE App Joust

 

They need to fix the issue where IE thinks youre trying to download to local storage.IE is so broken on the 360

 

I want this Issue on the 360 IE App Fixed Quickly Xbox Support that would be nice

 

Smokin - You should be able to get to Twitter on the IE app for Xbox One now.

LOWxONxHealth - That sounds like a separate issue. Can you please start a new thread with details of what you're experiencing?

Kate and Archaic - We're still hard at work to fix the IE app on Xbox 360. Thanks for your continued patience on this one. I'll post an update once it's running smooth again!

 

Thanks Joust. Dont own an X1 yet. How I know it didnt work is when I called phone support and the staff tried to access twitter on 3 devices, 360, One and smart phone. Worked only on the phone at that time. I really appreciate the continued reports. Thanks
