    Problem with installing games from the market place


    my Xbox one X won't install any of the games it keep stopping the downloads half way through and won't continue then when i click resume it will just stop seconds later, I have tried a hard reset but nothing happens. Please can anyone advice on what to
    do many thanks

    Hard disk - 45 GB install?

    Yes this is normal. installing the game from the disc or from the market place will take up the same amount of space because that's just how big the game itself is. The only reason you would need a disc after installing the game to your hard drive is because
    the disc carries the license, and buying the game from the market place, the license is attached to your XBOX Live/Microsoft account.

    Sorry I can’t help but I’ve also noticed my downloads are very slow today and I’ve also had several installation stops and XBL sign outs today. Hopefully it’ll be resolved soon.

    Not completely sure that this will help but might be worth a shot. First page it will take you to is for games on disk, it also has a link for digital games on that page. Might be worth a try to see if it helps you out. Error Installing Xbox One Game

    I have the same issue. I've tried a full factory reset and it didn't resolve it.

    Hey there, here's some tips that might help : -Finish any updates before starting to download the game. -Make sure you're connected to the Internet without any issues (Go to settings --> Network --> Test network connection). -Perform a power cycle. -Check
    the Xbox live services status. Hope this helps, cheers !
