    problem with install of train sim world 2020


    I've bought train sim world 2020 few minutes ago, they taken my money and then microsoft says that "you already have this game"!So i click on start (the game)and nothing start becuse i have to download it,but if i click download it says the same thing!

    How can I download the game? In my old pc i've had a Steam verison of train sim but an old one not like this,now i use a new pc with win 10 pro and ive bought this game for this pc!

    Mony as gone for nothing?

    Hi DiegoCedrini, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly clear the cache of the Microsoft Store before you start the installation of the game.

    On your windows search bar type "Wsreset" then run as administrator, after that wait for a couple of minutes for the Microsoft Store to launch. Once done restart the PC.
