problem with insider build, warranty

Would you please provide us with further information regarding this issue. Are you receiving any specific error messages when trying to contact the Xbox insider?

as you modified your console with a new hdd then that means you broke agreements, self repair or any modification cannot be assisted here. microsoft will not help you as you have modified the console which is against the terms you agreed too when you first use the console. your warranty is null and void as you opened the console.

They are not going to provide a solution that would facilitate people upgrading the internal storage which voids warranties. the reason there is no solution is the fact like most other companies they do not cover people upgrading or modifying consoles.

yes you own the console/hardware (not the software or OS) if you choose to open and modify then you lose all support.
