problem with insider build and changing hdd

i have an xbox that has 500gb hdd so i replaced it with an 1 tb hdd and because my hdd was not working properly. i called xbox and they said they couldn't do anything. they tell me to follow the xbox instructions over the internet, and without support I was left without a console. after being stuck I said I was on the insider and they said that what I did was correct. but it's still spoiled my xbox was in the xbox insider build 10.0.22000.2183 ) i need the osu file with that version can anyone please help? i have 101 error and 106 error with the offline install.

i put a hdd (of my friend) with the build 10.0.22000.2183 and it works. i´ m stuck because i don´t want to change the hdd of my friend because will be his hdd and his xbox that will get stuck.

Xbox should take this into account, as should resolve this problem if they know. if they put a resolution for these cases, many people would be able to solve this problem, but the xbox just tries to ignore it and says that there is no user manual repair. if xbox recognizes the error, xbox must have an answer to this problem, because it wasn't the breach of warranty that ruined the xbox but the problem that exists is the non-existence of a resolution for this case. and xbox knows that.

there is nothing in the internal program to indicate that changing the hard drive will cause the console to be stuck for the available osu. there is no indication of this in the small print. if it wasn't on the insider I would be able to install the osu. the instructions tell me what i have done. and i am stuck.

I can't install osu 1, 2, 3 provided by xbox and install offline because you can't install a build lower than the one that was on the device. xbox has a memory and thus does not support iinstallation. but if i put hdd with the same build the console turns on and works perfectly.

according to the european union code, more than 5 complaints of the same problem the company has to solve the case, since it is contravening the code. there are already many people like that, and I am just one more of them. I repeat, it wasn't the warranty that ruined the console, because if I returned it to the Xbox repair company for a damaged hdd, if my system would be on the insider the console would they would replace the hdd and would not be able to install the osu. in this way it would deliver a new console. there is data about this on the internet. Would stay like mine, blocked due to an error that the xbox didn't want to repair.
