I did home Xbox with a friend but when I try to download the games it wont work.

Save guys, I have a problem with sharing the account, I tried to put the home, I from this error "something did not work when saving your changes, Actual again". I still have 5 home to put on, how do I solve it?

If you don't own the games you can't download them. you have to buy games in order to play them. Other wise its stealing.

Regarding the Home console setting please see this link for what it is and how it is intended to be used and set up: My Home Xbox Setting on Xbox One | Share Your Xbox One

As a side note please keep in mind that the Home console setting is meant to be used on your own primary console. The times an account can select a new Home console each year is limited.

When an account has set the console as Home console, most digitally owned games can be used by other profiles on that console as long as the console is connected to Xbox Live.

Also be aware that sharing account credentials or using an account that is not yours on your console are both acts that can be considered account theft as mentioned on this page:
