    Problem with Hard disc


    Good day, start this forum for the reason. (E) purchased an external hard drive for games, but most of the time when connecting to the Xbox lose the Internet connection, and sometimes I can even start the games. I ask for help to see what happens as already
    and formatted the disk and sometimes if working properly, in advance thanks and greetings.

    Hard disc problem.

    Hello, I have console XBox 360 E and i bought a game Fifa 2014 from your internet shop. Because i dont have enough memory on my console I install the game in my hard disc ( LG External HDD HXD5 ). When I'm running the game, i see start screen, and then i
    see an error (You cant read the disc. "Nie można odczytać dysku" in Polish). What should I do to fix it? Immediately thanks for the reply and sorry for language fails.

    ( If you can give me the answer in Polisch, it will be great.)

    Hard disc problem.

    External hard drives are not officially supported. Only official Microsoft Xbox hard drives and USB drives are supported for use with the Xbox.

    This does sound like a strange problem. Plugging in an external USB drive and losing Internet connection...? It would be helpful to know some more about your external hard drive, make, model, etc. However, until then, and if you haven't already done so,
    I suggest preforming "How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console" . Next, follow up with "Troubleshoot
    external storage detection on Xbox One    " . Also, it maybe worthwhile double checking your

    network     connection, Test network connection, Test multiplayer connection and
    Detailed network statistics. Let us know if you are continuing to have the problem.

    Hard disc problem.

    This can also be caused with disc problems try and install the disc to your hard drive.

    Disc won't load

    It's a problem with the disc drive where it doesn't always drop the disc into the tray and spin it. Hard rebooting fixes the problem, as does continuously insert/eject

    Xbox360 Black ops maps don't work.

    Is your game disc scratched? While the maps are downloaded to the hard drive, key game assets still come from the disc. If your console has problems reading the Black Ops disc then this can cause problems loading DLC too. Try installing your game to the
    hard drive.
