Problem with halo wars 2 ultimate edition

Hello everyone, I write this because I have a problem with the ultimate edition of Halo Wars 2, I'm from Mexico City, I bought the game in physical edition and as you know, in the ultimate edition of Halo Wars 2 says that it is included the season pass and the Halo Wars definitive Edition The problem is that when I insert the Halo Wars 2 disc the base game is installed correctly but in the box I get the code for the download of the season pass and Halo Wars definitive Edition when I redeem the a tab appears in the Microsoft Store that says "This is what you will get" and automatically shows only Halo Wars 2 instead of putting on Halo Wars 2 season pass and Halo Wars definitive Edition, which I find strange because I already have halo wars 2 and what I want to download with the code is the season pass and the first halo wars as it says on the cover of the game, I don't understand why it tells me that I will get halo wars 2 instead of the two complements mentioned above ionized
I have not confirmed the download because in case it is a serious error and really download halo wars 2 a second time, refunds are not allowed, so to avoid inconvenience, I have not confirmed the download of the content.
If anyone knows a possible solution or if you know this problem, I would greatly appreciate your help, good day.

To clarify did you purchase a digital edition of the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition? Or was this a Disc Copy with an additional code emailed to you?

This was a digital edition of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition.
