    Problem with group


    Hello For several weeks now while I am creating A group search post, a message is displayed "An error occurred with the publication of your group search". That blocks all creation, do you have any idea how to solve it?

    Hi SensiTiiv,

    When you are able to let's try a cold boot of the console by unplugging it for a full 5 minutes then check again if you are still seeing the muting. If you do then you will want to try a

    quick factory reset of the console    . Be sure to keep your games and apps installed when asked to do so.

    Let us know if those steps help with this.

    I couldn't restart my router as for several other people were using it, so all I did was restart my xbox, and it worked. Thanks

    It is an open NAT type and I've switched networks. The problem is still persisting.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    You should have an OPEN Nat Type. If I may ask, what is your current NAT Type?

    Settings > General > Network Settings > Test NAT Type.

    If you can also try and use a different network connection that would be great.
