Problem with GRID Autosport Black content redemption.

Ok so I've bought GRID Autosport Black edition with the code for the additional content and entered it via usual method. It comes up as gthe additional content and I select "download". It begins, goes from 1% complete back to 0%, does this a few times than
says "can't download". Re-entering the code only gives me a "The code has been redeemed" message, so it recognizes the code as redeemed but I don't have my content, and now seemingly can't get it. Has anyone else had this problem? Cheers.

Do you live in the same country that your gamertag is set up for? If not then perhaps that is the issue as some content cannot be downloaded in this situation due to IP blocking.

If this is not the case then do not worry as you can still download the content. On the console, go to Settings>Accounts>Download History to access the download and restart it.

If you are connected via wireless try doing the download while connected via ethernet cable.

 

Thanks for the reply mate I'll give that a try. I knew there was a way to go back and try it again but I was buggered if I could remember how to do it.

 

Glad to see that i'm not the only one having this problem and don't bother using download history as it will do the exact same thing .
