    I activated month of trial xbox gold subscription from my PC. On PC in subscriptions i see that i have gold, but on my xbox - i'm silver. Why?

    Problem with gold

    The Xbox store says I don't have a gold membership but I do and I can't get deals because of this, I can play games but I can't get deals. Please help.

    You're showing as having a Silver account here. Are you sure that you added the membership to the proper account?

    This account is associated with my microsoft acc. When i go to subscriptions page this acc - i see next information:

    Strange that it's not applying to your account then. Your gamertag on the card here should show as Gold as mine does.

    I would recommend contacting phone support to get this straightened out.

    Please do not post the same question in multiple threads. As I mentioned in your other post you'll need to either repair or replace your console.

    When you buy gold on the website there is a delay before the console will recognize it. To speed up the process, either test your connection or recover your account.

    Im having the same problem. I have live until june of next year and it keeps telling me to buy live. I was playing online this morning and I come home and now this ish!!!!! Im not buying a new console!!!!!!!!!!!! Im sure thats where all this is leading
