    The Xbox store says I don't have a gold membership but I do and I can't get deals because of this, I can play games but I can't get deals. Please help.

    Please do not post the same question in multiple threads. As I mentioned in your other post you'll need to either repair or replace your console.

    This account is associated with my microsoft acc. When i go to subscriptions page this acc - i see next information:

    In english:

    Remove your profile from the console Using the steps here:

    and then >

    Power cycle the console using these steps:
    http://xbx.lv/1ylg26E
    Then sign back in and see if your able to use Xbox Live Gold features.

    To make sure you have good go to My Games and Apps and look at your subscriptions. It will tell you if you have gold active or not. You can also see this in Settings if you go to My account and subs. If you bought it and it's not active id call Microsoft.

    When you buy gold on the website there is a delay before the console will recognize it. To speed up the process, either test your connection or recover your account.

    Im having the same problem. I have live until june of next year and it keeps telling me to buy live. I was playing online this morning and I come home and now this ish!!!!! Im not buying a new console!!!!!!!!!!!! Im sure thats where all this is leading
