Problem with gold purchases

I bought 2 of the 1000 gold coin packs and 1 500 coin pack and haven’t gotten them in game but gotten all my starter pack purchases any help would be great

Problem with Purchase

Hi

I'm getting a problem when I'm trying to purchase the game from Gold, it always says that purchase couldn't complete and try again, I don't know what to do, I live in Sweden and using Swedish payment methods, but it does not matter, and as it is a free game
why do I need to purchase it anyway?

As ngocphi states, it just isn't possible to use the account funds to pay for a subscription, you would instead need to either pay online using a debit/credit card, or purchase a pre-paid card at a store that is explicitly for an Xbox Live Gold membership.

It needs a renewable payment option

You never can buy currency cards and pay for subscriptions regardless of service so I donno where you got that idea

It is clearly stated on the currency cardif you want pay as you go subscription your only option is prepaidprepaid membership cards at full cost

And forgo any promotions online

I'm having the problem with Jigsaw, where I've "purchased" new puzzles with in-game gold. I'm not having the problem with Treasure Hunt, where I've purchased in-game enhancements with in-game gold, nor with Sudoku or Minesweeper. I've installed no updates
and neither purchased nor installed any new software.
