Problem with Gold account on web based store

Hello, recently I have changed region on my account, and I have like 10 month left on my xbox gold live subscription. After transferring my account to another region (I have moved to another country), in the list of my active subscription the name of Xbox
Gold Live (prepaid 12 month card) was changed to "Xbox LIVE Subscription Transfer". After that when I am trying to browse gold deals on the web store, it says that I don't have Gold Live, and offering me to buy it, the same thing happening when I receiving
e-mails with deals. But on the console all services working properly. How can I fix that?

Problem Claiming Xbox One Games with Gold on web store

When attempting to "purchase" the free Xbox One games from Xbox One Games | Xbox my friend gets this error message:

"Sorry Purchase of this content is currently not allowed for child and teen accounts."

Despite the following:

1. He has no problem getting free Xbox 360 games that are rated M.

2. The current free Xbox One games are rated T.

3. He had no problem claiming the June Xbox One Games with Gold on the web store which included Halo Spartan **** which is rated T.

4. He does not currently own an Xbox One.

Did Microsoft change the default settings of teen accounts for the Xbox One web store?

Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your gold subscription. When you change regions, many times that gold subscription will not carry because the gold subscription you purchased is region specific. You can try calling the support line at 1-800-4myXbox
and see if there is anything they can do. But it does state with the subscription that when you change regions, you do run the chance of losing gold.
