problem with gears of war4

i have recently purchase a gears of war 4 disc that contains a redeem card

for gears of war , gears of war 2, gears of war 3 and gears of war judgement. When i tried to redeem them two out of the 4 code worked perfectly but unfortunately the other 2 game me error. when i took the matter to Microsoft technicians i got no results
and I am still left wondering why.

please note this was a brand new game bout and sealed and i had to remove the plastic and cut the xbox seal on the game case,

has anybody had the same problem and was the problem fixed ??????????

I have not yet received my promotional codes for games of war 4 that was promised when I purchased the game. I am supposed to get all the previous games in the series however I haven't gotten them. Please help

To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.

So if you still don't have your codes after 30 days, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

If it's Gears 1 and Gears 3, those games are region locked so usually the issue is region related. In order to download the games, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to live in a region where the games are available.
