Problem with Gears of War Ultimate Edition Redeem Code - Xbox One

Hey guys!

I need some help. Last week, I bought the Xbox One with Gears of War: Ultimate Edition at Submarino.com store and yesterday it has been delivered. I already tested the console, and it works well, but when I tried to redeem the game by the code that came
with console, it just shows that someone already use this code.

I already call to support here in Brazil and they said to me that I have to put my problem here to get the sollution.

Cannot redeem gears of war 3 code

I got all xbox 360 gears of war codes last year since I played gears of war ultimate edition, but can never redeem gears of war 3, this time I got another set of the code because I purchased gears of war 4, but the same problem is I cannot redeem it. What's
wrong? how can I redeem it?

I received the 4 xbox 360 gears of war token by playing gears of war ultimate edition, but I can only redeem gears of war 2 code, I wanna play gears of war 3 now but cannot redeem it. what wrong with that, what can I do?

You would have to contact the retailer you purchased it from for an exchange.

I got a similar problem only regarding the Gears of war 3 code for the Gears of war Ultimate edition Xbox One.

Error code Xbos-0x80150017, gamertag: , other codes worked fine except for this one.

Also contacted support and was sent here.

Hello,

I have not received the code to redeem Gears of War Ultimate Edition, as part of the Gamerscore operation.

The Xbox One was bought by my friend at Micromania on October 24th and the code used was +AAL28VE.

Just one last question: I did not get the games codes xbox 360 gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment because I did not play before 26 Decembers on gears of war ultimate edition... But I received the code gears ultimate edition only January 6
