    Problem with Gamertag


    Good afternoon,

    I am the mother of Pan. Yesterday i created him an account because he wanted to play minecraft from my pc. I created Pan619 but at the end of the procedure the user name was Pan6191650. So he wanted to change it and i fund him at his microsoft account with
    10euros because i saw that needs a fee for the change. We are trying from that moment to make the change and unfortunately we cannot pay. I also tried to put my credit card but it only has addresses from United states and i cannot make the payment.

    Please help!!!

    Nothing can be done for you really. You might be able to call customer support, or pay to rechange it. Most likely it was user error and you just switched the cap on the letters.

    If you're being harrassed, then you should file a complaint and block communications with those gamers. There is no way to get a free gamertag change.

    if a gamertag is never connected to xbox live, ever, on a 360 it is a local profile. you cannot use that on other devices.

    you would need to connect it to live (xbox live free is fine) and then sign into it on the lumia
