problem with gamepass

If the games are also gamepass game then there is an problem that you will have to uninstall the gamepass type and install the other type

is gamepass ultimate? because if you were like that you shouldn't have problems (although the servers had problems), if it's normal gamepass you'll have to wait until 10

i describe you the problem:

I buy a gamepass to try Sea of Thieves with friends, the gamepass is activated and he's working no problem with it.

But when i go on Xbox store & Windows store and type "Sea of thieves" i can't find it (same for every gamepass game)

Hi, Thank you for the response. I checked the windows store and it told me to update the xbox app, which I did, and then restarted, but still same problem. Windows, and drivers are updated. I am signed into the same account on each. I have no antivirus. It was working fine a few days ago, but I went on a trip and got home, and now it just won't load anything. I was able to click on the top banner for a game, and it just tells me to try again later, cannot load. I will try to uninstall and reinstall the app.



EDIT: I just uninstalled and reinstalled both the app and xbox live, and still the same problem. I clicked on the yakuza game, because it only loads the top banner and it says "looks like there is a problem with the app, try again later"

EDIT 2: After clicking around and backing out, it just suddenly started to work. It populated the installed games menu.

If you purchased the subscription back then you should reach out to Xbox Support so they can confirm you bought Game Pass during the offers time frame and send you the codes.
