    Hello, I have problem about game I used my code but after I reset the xbox after that I tried to activate the game Dance Central but its not working its gives me only trial version. this code was used.

    what can I to do?

    i Deleted game and its same problem

    pls help

    Problem with this code!

    I had a similar issue after purchasing a code online. Took 2 chat sessons, but after an hour of Chat time with XBL Support the 2nd time...ISSUE WAS RESOLVED!!!

    Turns out the USA region XBL code that I purchased was not ia US region code. The code was specific to Spain.

    Being a US resident, with a US region Xbox, M$/XBL would not allow me to redeem a region specific code for a region that my xbox would not be in.

    Contact XBL support and have them verify the region of your code.

    Problem with this code!

    so this May 18th was the day my Gold was going to expire but thankfully I had 12 month gold on standby. I go to redeem this code. After pressing enter, it gave me an error, "there was a problem on our end. Try again." So I did, I put the code in and it said
    it was already redeemed. But it says I still do not have Gold even though it says the code was redeemed.

    Hi Ikandro!

    I would suggest contacting chat support and provide them the code you used. They could check if the game was redeemed on your account successfully. Then if it is redeemed under your account. I would suggest changing your console's locale to US then search
    for the game. You should be able to download the game from there. This issue only happens when the code was for US but the console's locale is set to a different one.

    full game.

    Is it a 9 digit code or a 25 digit code? 9 digit codes are for microsoftstore.com. You would have to make the purchase there and it gives you the option to add a promo code during checkout. You would have to contact their customer support for issues with
    entering the code.

    25 digit codes are Xbox codes and would be redeemed to your account before you make a purchase.
    It's a 9 digit code. When I go the Microsoft store site and try to purchase it, it brings up the store app from windows 10. There is no place to enter the 9 digit code. only the 25 digit ones
