    Problem with game share :/


    I recently discovered that someone with downloaded games could share with me if they signed into my xbox and set it as their home xbox. This worked successfully for like 4 days and then he received an alert that said he couldn't play the downloaded games
    on his account without switching his account back to his xbox, so later when I tried to play the one of his games (nba 2k17) my xbox informed me that it could not set my xbox as his accounts home xbox because this was the third time it had been switched (when
    he first bought it and made and set his account on his xbox, when I set my xbox as his home xbox, and finally when he had to switch it back to his xbox to play his games because you apparently hate poor people) I would like to know what I could do to rectify
    this egregious **** on my wallet/happiness/ability to play his dope games I can't afford, seriously I work a bad job in the most miserable, fattest, overdosing, and undereducated state in america, and u am grateful for all you have done for me Microsoft I
    am really am, but I could cry right now, and when my tears stop I just don't know what I'll do anymore. I need those games, both my cars blew headgaskets, I have a child, and I'm a pizza delivery guy staring into the abyss of miserable nothingness that my
    time spent on this existential plane, trapped in a carbon prison until my cardiac battery succumbs to wear and tear derived from the pursuit of pleasing my unattainable and misunderstood urges derived from my biological programming. We are all dying all the
    time xbox, and I just wanna rock fools online with sweet crossovers and jump shots a little longer before it's all over. Please help

    Game Share Problem

    I've recently set my girlfriends Xbox as "My home" Xbox so she can play my downloaded games. But I've done that and it tells her she doesn't own them and links her to buy them. Why can't she play them? I thought that was the point for My Home Sharing?

    Game share problem

    I add my friend’s account on home Xbox but as I leave the home Xbox page, the Xbox is no longer set as my home Xbox. I tried it with my second account and when I made it my home Xbox it stayed as the home Xbox account. I think it may be a glitch with just
    his account because it seems to be only his account that can’t be made as my home Xbox account.

    I'm sorry to see any issues downloading a game! I'm wondering if the purchase didn't go through properly. If your friend is relative to your location, are they able to log into their account and find out if they can download it themselves? Let me know how

    There can be violations of the Terms of Service in how some people implement, but setting a console, regardless of location, as Home Console itself does not violate the terms. If you give someone else your account credentials to log in and set
    it, then yes. Is it against the spirit of the setting? Sure. Is it against the letter of the setting? Not necessarily.

    Am i the only one whos forgetting game sharing is breaking the terms?

    the home console feature is designed for family. Sharing games with your friends because you dont want to buy games isnt allowed.
