Problem with game pass and physical disck

My subcription to xbox game pass was over.

logically I buy the game that downloads with the subscription, but it does not let me play it.

I get the error 8x803f800e.

uninstall the game disconnect from the network the console and install the game at this time to see that the problem is solved

is my only solution for now, could someone propose a better solution.

they tell you to buy the game but perhaps they refer to the digital copies there is no way to register your physical disk.

I would advise checking this error with Xbox Support.

 

I uninstalled the downloaded game and install the game disk and seeing that I downloaded the game from the network remove the cable and install from the

disk. the maneuver was successful.

I had downloaded from the store of Spain since my native language is Spanish and so enjoy the dialogues. but I will have to play it with subs that I will thank you very much for your interest.
