    Hello , i have the game dragon ball xenoverse 2 game on disc and i also bought some add-ons and they are not working !! please help me because i paid these add-ons. I tried to delete and re-install everything , hard restart the xb1 console and nothing
    ... the add-ons wont work please help me. My gamertag is if u need it for helping me

    Problem With Skyrim Add Ons

    Hey there Fang! When content is purchased on the Xbox Live marketplace, it is bound to the account that purchased it as well as the console it was originally purchased on. You'll need to make sure that your sister purchased all of those DLCs on the console
    where you're trying to play them. If she didn't, then you'll need to be logged into her account to have access to the DLCs.

    The first thing I would check would be which console she originally bought the content on. Then, once you confirm that you should be able to access the content (by either being on the original purchasing console or being logged into her account), you'll need
    to make sure that all the content is downloaded and installed. If you need to redowload it, you can use your download history, as Joey suggested. Here's the link again:

    There's no way to transfer ownership of content from one account to another. License transfers are used to transfer ownership from one console to another, not to transfer ownership from one account to another. For example: If you were to buy a new console and
    wanted to transfer the ownership of your content from the old console to the new console, you would use a license transfer.

    I would say that the best course of action you can take are first trying to remove and then redownload your gamertag to your console following the steps here

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One
    .

    If that doesn't work then the next thing I would try is what we call a soft reset.
    It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

    Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
    will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

    Also make sure that you select the option denoted reset and
    keep my games and apps.

    Follow the steps here on

    and let us know how that helps with the issue

  6. hello , i tried to remove my account from the xb1 and sign in again but nothing works.... i tried to uninstall the game+addons and reinstall them but only the game works... not the addons. i will reset my console tomorow and i will reply if will work.
