    Problem with friends list


    So i have a issue 2 of my friends accidentally deleted me and tried to add me back and i didn't get the friend request so then i sent them a friend request and there not getting them either. i deleted my profile and re downloaded it and it still didn't work.
    i am able to get friend request from other people and except them but it seems like i cant from people that have deleted me on accident. im completely out of ideas so i need your help

    Hello, I have been trying to get help on twitter from support and they have been giving me tips but nothing seems to be working. My friends list isn't showing all of my friends, it currently shows the same two people online and offline. I notifed support
    that I was enrolled in the preview program and I'm assuming this issue is related to the program? Im not sure if Im the first to have this problem but I would like for it to be known. I am in no rush to get it fix, but it does need to be fixed. Hopefully in
    the next system update.

    Weird problem with friends list

    it may be a nat issue, you may need to set your xbox into your routers xbox ports. you also may just redownload your profile.

    Hi,

    can you try sending them a message and have them send you a message. If you havent done already. To see if that will help and try a Friend request after that

    I'm starting to see reports of gamers for their friends list - missing friends or similar problems with friends and groups

    In my case, I'm experiencing missing friends. Right now I only have "7 friends" but I remember to have more.
    Probably this is a current or temporary outage.

    I'm having the exact same problem. when i log on into xbox.com i'm able to see my friends list fully but when i'm on my xbox people still show up as offline for some reason.

    I'm having a similar problem as well right now, I sign into my account and it shows that I don't have friends at all, nor can I join parties or receive or send messages. Hopefully this problem is sorted out soon because its been happening all day for me
    and it's becoming a real pain...
