Problem with Friends/Followers list (both on regular and NXOE updates)

Recently I've cleaned my friends and followers list on Xbox One by blocking and unblocking them so that they won't follow me anymore as a friend, and it worked for the most part...

However four people that I've deleted from my friends list are still there permanently as one of my followers. I've tried blocking them and unblocking them again over and over but they're still stuck on my followers list permanently.

Is there a way to actually remove them from my followers list? Blocking and unblocking most people that I used to have on my friends list worked, except for four of them, and I don't know why this is annoying for the most part.

Friends and followers

Holding both triggers and pressing Y didn't work. They don't appear on Xbox.com followers list, I appear on there friends list and they appear on mine.

Achievements not showing

I'm having this problem to. My followers list also won't update correctly, it makes it so hard to accept friend requests. I'm sick of having problems every week with this console.

Hello

Have you owned an Xbox360 in the past ? The Xbox One and Xbox360 friendslist work differently so you might need to remove them via that way.

Yeah I did, but the last time I checked on my friends list on the Xbox 360, they' weren't there anymore....they're still there as my followers on the Xbox One for some reason.

Same problem for me, both Beta and non-Beta versions of the app. Was working fine until the NXOE update. Had I known streaming would not be supported in NXOE I would have opted to not update at all. Very frustrating.

Are either of you currently opted-in to the new NXOE Preview Update? If not, have either of you had any regular updates lately?

If you're in the NXOE preview then this is a known issue, after your console turns off please wait 3 minutes so the log data can be captured. If you're experiencing these issues in the regular preview program you can always report them through the forums
where issues like these belong for both NXOE and regular preview.
