    Problem with Forza + not online


    Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

    We have a big with issue with:

    1. the game forza 3 horizon
    2. we can't play online anymore
    3. we have issue with all the cars we bought in that game
    4. the Menu is not complete
    5. we don't have access to buy cars online
    6. Problem with my acccount which is not recognized by the console
    Nothing works ...

    Maybe a general network problem ?

    Please help us to find out a solution , we bought the game the 22nd of november and we can't play ....

    2nd question : Why is it not possible for my brother to have an account also on the console ?

    Could you help us , please?

    Otherwise he has to play with mine .

    Hi there,

    Is it just Forza 3 Horizon that you can't play online? Is the game fully updated?

    Are you able to play it when it's offline?

    Do you get an error message when you try to launch it online? If so, what is it?

    As for putting a second account on the console - follow the steps here to add accounts: https://support.xbox.com/add-remove-account-xbox-one

    There is no problem finding people on BF4 or AC4 havent tried online Forza yet,but even on 360 forza games are hardly a hive of activity
