    hi , i bought yesterday with 25$ a V-Bucks on fortnite at 3:30 AM and the dollars has been taken from my account you can see it on order history and i waited the V-Bucks to enter my account in fortnite or epic games account but the game serves went down
    and i wake up in the morning and with no v-bucks and no 25$ in my account , so i want my dollars back please problem with fortnite :)

    Hello MrCopp,

    You may have a software issue:

    Start off by hard resetting the Xbox by holding down the power button until the Xbox shuts off. Turn it back on and try again.

    If this doesn't work your next step would be do a factory reset to rule out any software bugs.

    (Make sure you keep your Xbox in a well ventilated area and clean dust off from time to time to prolong its life.

    If this doesn't resolve your issue you may have a hardware issue:

    Thanks for your reply. Do you think it could be software even if all other fames are working ok? We have done a hard reset numerous times. If i do a full factory reset will we loose all our data? Also, how do i do this please? Thanks
