Problem with For Honor purchase

I've pre-purchased For Honor Gold Edition through the Xbox One Shop, but the game is not being shown as reserved, or ticket, on the "On Demand Mission" Xbox Live Rewards

This mission only works for basic versions of the games? I was also planning to get Mass Effect and Ghost Recon, but if only basic versions works with the reward I'd prefer not to reserve them

hello, i have a problem with my game for honor and my xbox live gold. before playing this game in multi, i have actived xbox live gold with a code for playing on the multi for14 days, but when i tried to play on multi, it said i need to buy the xbox live
gold, but i had already activated a code, so i dont understand what to do to be able play my game on multi. if i cant play my game, i will waste my code. i will hope , you will help me to resolve my problem.

Has it been over 96 hours since the pre-order occurred? If not you will want to see if it processes after 96 hours have passed. If it HAS been over 96 hours the reward team will have to review and see what the issue is.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. The reward team does not work weekends and responds to threads oldest to newest.
