Problem with Fifa 19 ultimate edition

I have already talked with them and they told me that I need to contact the support of Microsoft since they cannot do anything on the xbox platform. How can I contact them?

Actually, all of that extra content would only be accessible for the account that purchased the game.

You can always see if that account that bought it can set the console you're trying to play it on as it's

Home console, and if any of the content is shared, but generally that stuff does not transfer over.

I had already tried reinstalling the game and the DLC´s and now I have tried to do a power cycle of the xbox and none of these actions have solved my problem, I still haven't received the extra contents. Can you help me please?
